I have the right to decline your commission, no questions asked

Please provide clear and high-quality references, if you can and if not, I will just try my best to work around what you provide me to work with

Any rudeness or poor behaviour will result in getting your commission cancelled, I don't tolerate any sort of poor attitude

I do not work around "First come, served first"

Once your commission has been accepted and before payment, I will start and provide your generalised/rough sketch within a few days or within 1 week.

Once a commission has been agreed upon, I will put you on the waiting list, I then will draw a generalised/rough sketch of your commission, once approved, payment MUST be met before I continue on your work. I will send you an invoice to pay the money via PayPal (Sketch only commissions must be paid in full)

Paypal is a preferred method but I can also accept Ko-Fi.

You have 3 Days to pay after the sketch is approved. I will remind you 3 times about payment. If I don’t hear back from you, I will move you down the list and put your commission on halt. I will send one final reminder after a week of our agreement of commission. If I still don’t get a reply, I will just remove you from the list and delete the sketch.

Half payments are possible from £30 onwards

Payment MUST be in GBP❗

It is solely your responsibility to make sure you have sent the correct amount❗

Conversion rates do change, so please let me know your currency and I will check for you, thank you!

I work best when given some artistic/creative freedom E.G. your character's eye will probably look very different due to my style and my uniqueness to the drawing but I always try my hardest to make it look how they are in the references.

My style does vary, it can change (due to motivation, how I'm feeling, etc) but you will receive the best of my work from my judgement.

Turnaround time is typically about 1-2 weeks depending on commission but MAX is 3 months I will always keep you up-to-date if I do get busy with IRL!

If 3 months have passed, and I haven’t continued on your commission from the sketching stage, you will get 100% of your money back. But if there has been progress on your commission, a refund will be only given back depending on progress. E.G. You paid £15 for a full illustration but it’s only on the flatcolour stage, you will be refunded the remaining £7

PLEASE DO NOT RUSH ME - If you need your commission sooner and to meet a certain deadline, it will be £5 extra on top of your commission

I'm happy to provide W.I.P but if I seem to go quiet for a while, just hit me up! I've properly forgotten/been busy (life, caring for my mum, etc...)

Most of the time I do upload my drawings, if you prefer yours to not be uploaded or you also prefer to be left anonymous, please let me know

After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the client requests additional heavy edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.

If I seem to make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

Once the commission is completed, I will send you a Google Drive link to your commission to save the work.

You are NOT allowed to make profit out of my work, E.G. selling as prints or stickers, even if it’s a commission.

You ARE ALLOWED to print your commission as stickers, put it on a garment such as t-shirts, tote bags etc but NO profit making!

Cancelling the commission while I am in the process varies and is up to the artist's discretion and there must be a legitimate reason for your cancellation.

NO REFUNDS will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation and a full refund will be given❗
